Using this website

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes to learn about Diwan Cafe, view our menu and hours, find us, and reach our online ordering. Online ordering and payments

Online ordering, customer accounts, payments, and rewards are operated by our ordering partner, AppFront, at diwancafe.appfront.app and in the Diwan Cafe mobile app. When you place an order or create an account, you are using AppFront's service under their own terms and privacy policy, which you can review at appfront.ai.

• Orders. An order is an offer to buy the items you select. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing error.
• Pickup. Orders placed through AppFront are prepared for pickup at our cafe at 5125 Schaefer Rd, Dearborn, MI 48126. Please bring your order details when you arrive.
• Pricing and availability. Prices, items, and availability can change at any time and may differ from amounts shown on this website. The price and details confirmed at checkout in AppFront are the ones that apply to your order.
• Payments. Payments are processed by AppFront and its payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Rewards

Our rewards program is offered and managed through AppFront. Points, perks, and redemptions are subject to AppFront's terms and any program rules we publish. We may change or end the rewards program, and points carry no cash value.

Intellectual property

The Diwan Cafe name, our logo, the Yemeni ibex emblem, our photographs, text, and other content on this site are owned by Diwan Cafe and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages.

Acceptable use

To keep this site fast and reliable for everyone, you agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or copy content from the site using automated tools.
• Run bots, crawlers, or scripts against the site beyond ordinary browsing.
• Abuse our request rates or place excessive automated traffic on the site.
